Orders

We are able to process all orders from Monday to Friday.  For orders placed over the weekend or on holidays, we will process any order on the next occurring business day.  We aim to process all orders within 2-4 business days from receiving. Shipping will proceed after orders have been processed.

Shipping

We offer a flat rate shipping option for the USA for all orders within the continental United States, and a flat rate for most international basic shipments. However, shipping times will vary based on location with international destinations taking longer to arrive. For any Canadian Customers, we ask that you shop through our Canadian Shop Site for faster shipping in $CAD here: TheSunscreenCompany.com/shop

Based on your location and desired timeframe for delivery, there may be additional shipping options available, including expedited or premium shipping for added cost.  You will receive an automated email or someone from our order fulfillment team will contact you with shipping details with approximate delivery times estimated based on your location.

If you do not receive your order within the stated time frame once you have been contacted, please contact us immediately. 

We will do our absolute best to ensure that any issues with delivery are resolved.  Please note that international shipments sent via ground are difficult to track but we will still endeavor to make sure that you receive your order within an acceptable time frame.
