Our Skin Cycling skincare bundle consists of four products for those who would like to build in a Vitamin A derivative and an exfoliation product into their skincare routines. Skin cycling is a popular skincare routine trend that involves alternating their Vitamin A (retinol-alternative product) and exfoliation on separate nights and including 'recovery' nights where you focus on simple hydration.

We would recommend on Night One using your hydration products with a serum and moisturizer before then applying your Vitamin A derivative. You can then choose between the Vitamin A derivative of your choice with either our Natrèceutique Bakuchiol Building Blocks or our Cyberderm Retin+Erase with 1% Hydroxypinacolone Retinoate.

On Night Two, you will apply your hydration products with a serum and moisturizer, letting them absorb, and then applying your exfoliation product.

On Nights Three and Four, we recommend letting your skin rest while continuing to hydrate with your serum and moisturizer. You can then begin the cycle again as long as your skin feels hydrated and not irritated.
